Happy Anniversary!

Last year me and Richard spent the day sorting out Craig's room and going for lunch.

Today he set off this morning to work locally till lunch time, then he headed off for the ferry as he's working in the Western Isles and won't be home till tomorrow evening. And I was at work too.

So, instead of a lovely dinner out, I have home made Custard Tarts and a baked egg custard with the left over filling!
