Who am I?

I find it amazing to think that I have carried this small scrap of paper around with me for most of my life!

For the last 32 years I have worked at this dental practice for two different employers.
Suddenly I am being asked to provide an audit trail of my life.
Birth certificate, Marriage Certificates (both of them) and Passport.

Getting annoyed.
