Very difficult to get The Girl Racer to let me take her photograph ... but she caved in tonight even if she didn't like the result.

Went for a jog at 6am, part of my new regime. Followed by the usual full on day in the office. Good meeting with the Executive Producer for the Charity I am chairing at the moment.Then home where the Girl Racer and I made a wicked spaghetti and meat(free) balls. Poor TSM however was late getting home and looked exhausted.

My latest thing is headaches which is apparently a common side effect of UC. Paracetamol and staying busy are quite helpful.

Life's good, you just have to work at it.
