I am an island.....

Busy day today, work was the busiest it's ever been, felt a bit sorry leaving my colleague after lunch but the hours just aren't there, and the new locum could really do with picking up his checking speed I'm afraid to say!! Would really help!!
Anyway after work Mr F, Hayley and I went swimming, just for about 45 mins and I managed 22 lengths, sadly that's pretty good for slow old me!!
Home to make a gorgeous paella, and then a sort of impromptu quiz night with the family, plenty of stupid answers and giggling.....well it's what us F's do best!!
Blip is of the lake at the park, can't wait for the conkers season to properly start, there are so many here in Autumn ;)
