Canalside living
I'm unsure if its right to take a photograph of someone clearly in greater need than you, unless perhaps you are a journalist raising awareness of a dire situation or something. I didn't head this way with the express intention of photographing a homeless person; it was just raining and I was seeking shelter under the big trees here. In this case, the man was the opposite side of the canal to me, and had blocked the world out with his jumper. Furthermore, behind me was the Salvation Army and the Homeless Exchange, who can do far more good for this man should he need it that I can. The trees, railing and canal just seemed to frame him so well against this wall that I had to get a shot.
