The season begins

Nathan was in action this evening in a Youth Cup match. His team won 9-1 but it didn't appear that one sided when I arrived just after half time at 2-0 and then 2-1.

It was a fiddly sort of day with nothing going to plan. I forgot to set an alarm and nearly missed seeing the boys in the morning and making packed lunches, but was woken by Josh just in time. I had problems with a delivery and my car appointment but although the first wasted journey upset me, my second wasted journey of the day was accepted with a smile. It was just that sort of day really.
