A bumper brambling year

These are my first blackberry/bramble harvest of the year, picked in Stirling King's Park last night but only photographed tonight. Half a pound of fruit picked in only 10 minutes. Tiny, shiny black jewels. There are SO many berries on the brambles briars this year, probably the best crop of the last decade. Get out there, pick some and enjoy some encapsulated solar energy!
