Traveling

A total transportation day today, most of it public. We walked, with our luggage, from our children's condo on Capitol Hill to the Westlake Lightrail Station in downtown Seattle where we caught the train to the airport. Our flight was right on time and completely full. I saw these other planes lined up for boarding as we taxiing for takeoff and like the way the tail emblems aligned. It was a beautiful flight south and when we landed in Long Beach, we took the bus to our daughter's apartment. Later, after our daughter arrived home from school, we walked to dinner. All those miles and not one via private auto.
