This is my home town taken from the window of the cafe in Fields, Trinity Square where Mrs M and I were partaking in tea and an almond slice!

Several years ago this was the main road (A35) between Devon and all points east but now we are by-passed and the town is a lot more civilized. Although its market day today most of the holiday makers and children are gone home or back to school

The Parish Church of St Marys dates back to Saxon times and still remains at the center of the the town
