Surfin' Safari

There I was flying round town on my bike, listening to Bob Dylan's Modern Times ( yes I know....) and very good it is too, when I spied an urban surfer. Strolling down the street with surfboard under his arm and his lunch in the other. Everything he needs for a perfect day - 'cept surf!
