Derby Pyclet Company

I know i've blipped the Pyclet company a few times before but I love it so much here it is again.
An early morning visit with Janet to derby and a visit to the town hall and a sit down and a chat with Martin, who was busy making fresh pyclets.
That's what I love about this place you see fresh food being made in front of you.
This morning we had a couple of cups of coffee and a breakfast of pyclets with figs, goat cheese and home made chutney followed by a further 2 pyclets with home made jam, all served on crown derby crockery.
Absolutely delicious and at £4.00 for 2 pyclets with a choice of toppings it just goes to show that you don't have to pay the earth for the best food.
