What a Sombrero!

'If I can't see you that you can't see me!'
I spotted this ornament outside front door while I was on my morning walk with Hollie. I have pounded the same pavements for years ..... guess it must be a new feature. It reminds me of Mexico or South America - perhaps the hat is meant to be a bird bath!
