Child stuck in iPhone, oh the hilarity

I pinched this idea but it amused me a lot. I might start a series of 'child/animals/grannies stuck in iPhone' photos.

Kids did really well at their 2nd swimming lesson. Progress already so money well spent.

2nd part of an introduction to kettlebells workshop today. I'm not sure this is where my talents lie as I've managed to give myself a swollen lump on my arm. It's all in the technique apparently. I still can't keep a straight face for some of the words they use.
