Small visitors

Back in the garden today, but animals on show. While harvesting the onion crop we came across these two tiny frogs and are saving them until the granschildren see them tomorrow then we'll put them back in the wild (and before they grow much bigger).

We often see frogs and think it may be because there is a river a few hundred yards below the garden. I think also the fact that the garden was surrounded by leylandii for many years, it was very damp and mossy, so a great place for frogs to survive.
