Keep Dancing!

Dance artist Chrissie Ardill received an unexpected bouquet of flowers from our Keep Dancing class at the Macrobert arts centre today. She is going to be away for a few weeks and we will have Glasgow choreographer Natasha Gilmore to work with us.

She hopes to train us up to perform in the forthcoming Luminate Festival for Ageing at the end of next month.

I think she will have an uphill struggle persuading some of us. We are all in possession of our bus passes and not in our wildest dreams did we ever envisage appearing on stage.
