St Martin en Bresse - a memorial

St Martin has, like most villages in France, a war memorial. This one has a specific memorial for those killed during the occupation. That is they were probably members of the Resistance. Three members of the same family, Jouvenceau, are remembered, all killed on the same day. What story lies behind this?
