Gym session (ears still ringing from last night's gig), then a wander into town for some breakfast at the excellent new cafe in Hockley (name escapes me). Stroll around, a few Arlo meltdowns and then a trip to the library.

Random music, some slick R&B from Raphael Saadiq from the time when I was a Gilles Peterson fanboy. Still love this tune, even if some of the other acid jazz marvels leave me less enthralled.
