Dinner...

Lasagne! A family favourite.

Bit of a busy day, I've decided I need want a new bike, I quite fancy one of those Boardman jobbies, and work will do this bike share thing too!

So I cycled to the shop that sells them, the lady bike not in stock yet, maybe later in the month...no idea what will come in! Blah blah blah! So no bike this week :-(

Then I did boring stuff like iron, whilst catching up with Batman...The Dark Knight today, so now I've seen them all, not bad films to be honest.

Then a short 4 mile run with my lovely mate who is tapering for Great North Run on Sunday.
