Raspberry Cheesecake Brownies

Day three of school for C and she's excused but thoroughly enjoying it. She had a little fall in the playground at lunch time but big brother looked after her and took her to a teacher Bless him.
Saltaire WI's second birthday this week so we had our AGM tonight and a bring and share meal. Lots of delicious food and it was great to catch up with members after the summer break. My blip today is of the raspberry cheesecake brownies I made for the meeting. A layer of chocolate brownie topped by cheesecake mixture which is dotted with raspberries and blobs of the brownie mixture and then baked. Delicious.
