Disraeli School

No longer in use, this school still is a dignified feature of the area around Rathvilly. My longer cycle takes me past it and today was certainly a day for a longer cycle. Beautiful sunny day. Found a field and lay on the grass for a while soaking it up.

On a Fast Day today, so no picnic. Doing the Michael Mosley 5/2 Fast Diet...5 days of eating whatever you like and 2 non-consecutive days eating only 500 calories (quarter of your normal recommended intake). It does keep the weight down and I might even have lost a couple of pounds.
