Notes: Torrential rains that total over 9 inches by now, severe damage and flooding all over. Many road closures, roads washed out, home evacuations and people out of power. They're calling it biblical proportions - guess that's one place to put the blame! Safe and dry here so far, this is driving thru a road of water late morning nearby.
