Happy Faces
It is so lovely to see these daffodils flourishing along the roadside and opposite the Crematorium which is just around the corner from where we live....handy eh? That is what we South Islanders call a nor-west arch (cloud overhead, and blue sky in a "arch" over the hills.
I've just come from a funeral of a club members wife - two funerals in 5 days, not good. But, where there's life there is death sadly.
Spent a lovely relaxing morning with friends this morning, lots of lively chatter and laughter. Much needed :)
I'm feeling quietly confident that we will bring the Old Mug home on Monday - scores after this mornings two races NZ 6 - USA -1, we now need three more wins, or alternatively they need 10 wins. You do the maths :)
Happy weekend everyone.....I'm off to do my convention minutes now - only two more meetings I think. Yipee!!!
