My day stated with doing a presentation on Palliative Care at an induction day at RAH, went fine no problem. Not a very interactive group, got the sense they were there because they were told to!
Nana still in hospital, her mood, confusion and agitation is very variable. I believe her agitation is escalated due to her poor pain control, again very variable. I'm in a very difficult position being the grand daughter and one of the hospitals palliative cares nurse, feel I'm talking to a brick wall!
