It makes you stop and think

It makes you stop and think...how lucky a lot of us are.

Today I visited the State Tennis Centre in Perth. The Australian Wheelchair Tennis Coach and an Australian Olympic Player were present to teach able bodied coaches how to coach those less fortunate than ourselves.

I love my tennis a lot and today I was reminded how much I appreciated just how lucky I am to be able to play the game without the challenges that many less fortunate than a lot of us have.

Tomorrow is an open day for less fortunate kids to come along and try their hand at wheelchair tennis. I am looking forward to attending and just seeing how we can make a difference for some of these kids.
