Shoal Harbour Lights

This is Shoal Harbour on the evening of our first day overcast and blowing outside the heads hard enough to blow a dog off his chain. We spent the day preparing our gear and boat MaxiCat a six metre twin hull with twin Yamaha 60HP four stroke engines. We were ready!!!!!.
It was here in 1913 when the first game fishing club in Australia was formed and because the vagaries of the weather we were forced to spend a fair portion of our planned fishing expeditions. Instead we swapped tall stories and various ales.
