No room at the Inn

My poor rose has been suffering from aphid infestation and was quite poorly. A couple of days ago these two ladybirds arrived and have been having a feast. There also looks like some assassin bugs. In a few more days it should be virtually empty.

I had an interesting trip home yesterday in the sense of the Chinese curse interesting. A hazard reduction burn had got out of control with a wind change and jumped the M1 (formerly F3 motorway) and so they closed the highway. I went the back ways from Wyee which of course everyone else was doing and so traffic was pandemonium.

Well at least it is Friday and the weekend is here again and hopefully some rain. There is a sunrise shoot with the Sundancers tomorrow. I am setting the alarm but sunrise is ridiculously early these days.
