What a day!

Just realized that it's Friday 13th so maybe that might explain things. It's raining on Granite Island in the photo.

Big thunderstorm in the night and the rain came down like a waterfall.

Went for the morning walk knowing that the possibility of a flooded studio was on the cards. Didn't look until I got home (doing the Ostrich thing).

It took 4 hours to get the water off the studio floor and I had to set the hose in the "moat" around the studio to siphon off the water.

Need to sort out the drainage situation here if the winters are going to continue to be so wet. Had a small flood last year but before that, no problems at all. Is this climate change?
