Canoeing down Barycz

Today, myself and two other volunteers joined a large group of school children and other members of the community for canoeing trip down the River Barycz. It was a fun day, made more rewarding by the task of cleaning the river through picking up litter. We filled a truck full of rubbish and then enjoyed a barbecue followed by a demonstration from the local fire station.
