My world!
Such a lovely day today, we met up with Gem, Robin and baby Charlie in a local park for a picnic and thank god the weather was really nice.
gem snapped this lovely pic of me and my world, we dont get that many photos together the 4 of us.
Mark made the picnic and it was lush, warm baguettes with pork and stuffing and steak and caramelised onions, YUM! Lots of yummy treats for after as well.
Caleb was a sleep when we got there but Erin and Charlie dived right in to sandwiches (Charlie’s first) and snacks, the sandwiches were all in different shapes, Erin had helped make these in the morning.
Caleb woke up, had his fill then spotted his ball and wanted a kick about with the men. His balls skills are very impressive if I don’t say so myself. And the word BALL he has down to a t, well when you say it 100 times a day it’s bound to be perfect.
Erin was as patient as the swing park was in good view from where we were having the picnic but she was happy eating and playing football (?!)
we packed up and moved on to the park where Erin zoomed off to the big kids climbing frame, mark and Rob were so funny as they went into danger overdrive. I love watching the men show there protective side :) they were moving between the end of the slide and the side of the frame to make sure she was ok, imp sure Erin was messing with them :)
Charlie loves the swings and Caleb was happy on the smaller climbing frame, showing his climbing and sliding abilities. All three went on the rocking horses, its lovely to see them all together, give it another 6 months and they'll be on it!!
We took a walk into the high street and had a coffee it was so lovely and relaxing shame we don’t do it more :(
We said our goodbyes and headed off home, I couldn’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday with great friends.
