Shopping in Essen today just reinforced how bizarre the world can be...

Kerrazy 1: two of the big stores have chosen Britain and London as their Autumn themes, cue an abundance of red, white and blue, bowler hats, telephone boxes and jam and tea bags.

Kerrazy 2: a dance studio specialising in pole, go-go and zumba had a stand displaying their 'skills' - very tempted to blip two pole dancers but thought better of it.

Kerrazy 3: as I was paying for a new pair of jeans the saleswoman asked if I wanted a complimentary Radler, I wasn't going to say no now was I?
