Doing a bit of art

We've been sent lots of things to do in hospital - it's been great! A real life-saver. Here is Alex playing today with a sticky foam mosaics set. Smashing.

Feel terrible as managed to get Alex's line caught in the car yesterday. They put a needle in on day 1 and remove it on day 4 after all the chemo. It had moved and pricked his skin in a different place! Poor bugger. So when they tried it today it really hurt. I said what had happened so they redid it, but Alex was so distressed we didn't know if it was still hurting or not so he had to go for an X-ray! The machine was big and loud so he was terrified again!

Thankfully all was okay but it was yet another 3+ hour trip for a simple chemo session.
