keep on at at it!

Enthusing Sienna to practice what the violin teacher has asked her to practise is not easy - getting her to play 'rock' on it, under her terms is! I personally can't tell the difference! She 'loves it' just not loving doing what is asked of her although of course in her lesson is as obliging as can be.

Where did the week go? All those promises to ease up on my commitments for my sanity seem to have gone, which therefore sees me 'volunteering' tomorrow from 6am to 5pm at a long distance swim - ahhhh! Still it is on a lake in the Lake District and there might be a moment or two worth capturing on my camera!
