A simple but effective idea.

Today we visited the Walton Centre in Liverpool. A wonderful place with lovely people who have a lovely attitude.

A screen like this is in the cafe and there are 2 in the main outpatients area, one on each wall so you can see wherever you sit. These screens show the name of the consultant, the name of the clinic and which room the consultant will see their patient.

We thought this idea was wonderful we could see our consultant was running a little late and felt with that knowledge we had time to have a coffee or not, visit the bathroom or just wait quietly in the waiting area.

We thought it would also be useful if people had a car parked they would know if they needed more on the meter, sometimes consultants were running over an hour late so parking for some may have been a problem.

So as I said A simple but effective idea.
