Guard dog!

Doesn't he look fierce? With Brutus on the job, who would dare break in? Brutus is our daughter's dog. He and his little sister Bubbles, greeted me warmly when I walked in this afternoon. We went out to lunch with my sister and brother-in-law. Both are nonagenarians, married for 63 years. Watching them together clarifies my understanding of the marriage vows: for better or for worse, in sickness and in health! Imagine sustaining a loving relationship for 63 years. What an example they are for their family and friends. .
