Purbeck - back blip

Went for a walk around part of Purbeck from near Corfe down to Chapman's pool - occasionally the home of seals. The ground is so dry with the long grass looking like it would catch light so easily. Can see how forest fires get started.

Walked into Harman's Cross to catch the steam train to Swanage for a stroll along the pier to see the repair work being carried out after storm damage earlier this year. Nothing but posts left of old pier - but picturesque none the less. Makes me want to paint.
