Lavender Truffles and Tea

It was fun trying a new recipe for "Lavender Truffles". I learned something new in the process - not all lavender is edible!! I was glad I blipped the kind I had because I very soon got a notice that it was not the edible kind. A trip to hubbies nieces place and going through her herb garden, there was the "good" lavender that could be used. Awww, success - they are now completed. A cup of tea, with a truffle, from a beautiful cup received from older daughter and hubby a lot of years ago. On the bottom it says "Summer Day, Royal Stafford bone china, made in England." The truffle making was a fun experiment. Thank you blipper "Finonia".
