Bee cemetry
Given a bee lives 6 weeks (42 days) in summer and assume that a good hive has 42000 worker bees, then 1000 die each day (and 1000 are born). So no surprise to see these dead ones ouside the hive. If the bees die in the hive, the claening lady bees carry them out and dump them on the doorstep. At this time of year, one would expect more male drone bees as they are "unwanted" for the winter.
HOWEVER, the majority of these corpses are wasps! I assume they tried to get in to steal sugar and were dealt with as appropriate. Luckily they weren't hornets (have them at the house) as they are protected under German law and killing a single specimen can lead to a 50,000 Euro fine.
