Embroidery - Anemones

My Great Aunt worked this piece, probably in the Forties. One of a set of two, my sister has the other.

It hangs in my front room beside the fireplace, and is much admired. I am very fond of it, as it reminds me of her.

It has domed glass, so rather difficult to photograph.
