Houtribdijk Adventure

We had a proper cycling adventure today. First, we cycled the 27k of the notorious Houtribdijk causeway by the N302 (Google details), then we were blasted and soaked by a storm front from the sea, then spent an hour totally lost and were rescued by a Dutch lady who cycled out of her way in the rain to show us our route, then we scudded before storms at 20+ kph with the wind behind us, but with numb and rain-wrinkled fingers, into Harderwijk after a total of 82k. Great stuff and not a day we will forget in a hurry.
