Mince pies on sale in September! Bought two for the freezer, will only eat this type.

They are composed of three layers, pastry, mincemeat then sponge topping and a dusting of icing sugar, so 4 layers then lol.

I usually only eat 3 or 4 over the entire holiday. Good to know there is a stock in the freezer, just in case of course!
