Pre Harvest

Despite being a keen cyclist, I've never taken the camera out with me on a bike ride, usually because if I go out on the bike it's for cycling's sake and to push myself and get fit.

I've realised that there's many photogenic locations along the back roads that I cycle on and that the bike is the best way to get there. So after cycling home from work and having dinner I hopped back on the bike and out to this spot.

The combine harvesters are starting to appear so this field won't look like this for much longer. The clouds were amazing - no need for a ND grad filter as is often the case.
