Koi

not Koi carp as my friend Nick tells me, because Koi is Japanese for carp so that would be a carp carp.

Anyway this looks a bit odd around the snout as its sticking through the water and I had to push the f**k out of the image to pull detail out of the submerged parts but I really liked the symmetry.
