And this is the view...

We woke up early this morning and this is the view through the wall of windows in the lounge. We can see the cars going up the mountain that takes one to Reykjavik. Spent the day mainly cleaning the old apartment and then shopping in Ikea and Bauhaus for some of the things we need like a shower door and a mirror and a spice rack. We managed to get about half of what is needed.

It looks as if winter is upon us, a lot of the mountain tops on the way to Reykjavik had snow on them already.
