Abandoned Life

When I see old farmhouses like this one, alone and worn down, I wonder what stories it could tell. Did it have a family like I read about in Charlotte's Web full of hardworking but reasonable and loving folks? Or was there fear and darkness like in Cujo where a normal day could quickly turn into a living nightmare? I'm sure many families and many stories have made their way through here; some best forgotten and others to look back on as the "good ol' days."
