Cloth an memory exhibition

Went to the cloth and memory exhibition today at Saltaire. It was much better than I thought it would be as we had the curators tour. Having some background to the art work was very helpful!!! This piece was made from strands of silk with rich attached. It was beautiful when the sun shined through and reflected off the silk and mirrors. It was inspiring. I've never been into the roof space of salts mill before so that was a bit of an adventure for me :)
