Mrs TD had patchwork related business in Perth today, I won't go into details as I'm sure to get them wrong. As head chauffeur, it was my job to drive her there with the bonus that I could take a bike. All in all it was a successful day out on all fronts.

Glen Almond provided some spectacular scenery although it was a bit tricky to photograph, what showed on the computer didn't quite match what I actually saw. I had expected to have to control highlights and shadows to keep everything within a sensible dynamic range, instead I had to exaggerate them to create a sense of perspective; it turned out to be trickier than I expected. Whether I succeeded or not, I leave you to judge.
