Scheveningen Sunset - Wedding anniversary

I'm in Scheveningen with Martine, to celebrate our 12 year wedding anniversary. The girls are sleeping over at my in-laws for two nights, giving us some time to be together. We arrived in Scheveningen yesterday evening. For today we had nothing planned, but that didn't mean we didn't do anything! We walked on the beach, went shopping and after we had lunch we went to the Dutch version of the musical Sister Act. Hilarious, entertaining and excellent singing: a brilliant performance. After dinner we went back to the beach for photography. That's not Martine's cup of tea, but she did join me. In exchange we went to the casino together. I guess that's what marriage is all about :-)

A fabulous day. Time to sleep for me; I'll leave you with the sunset over the pier at Scheveningen…
