The Flood

I was originally going to write a short story for this one, but don't have the time. You can look forward to an upcoming story about zombie grad students, though ... in due time.

I've taken to walking around my neighborhood in the evening; we have a little forested area in the back of our neighborhood where this thing is. It's raised this high so it isn't affected by flood waters from the river, I believe. Of course it's the middle of September, so it's bone dry right now. If we ever do flood, I want to climb in this thing and see if a scary clown is hiding in there or something.
