Note to self - it is irresponsible and dangerous to have ones arm out of a moving train window with a camera phone or indeed any object as there may be a worker on the line (in this case Fortn Rail Bridge) and any such worker may well, and did, shout at you (me) for being so foolish as to scare the hell out of them as the express train crosses the Forth Bridge.

When the worker shouted at me I nearly dropped the phone too.
