Llyn Peninsular.
The weather forecasters got it wrong again. I had been looking forward to finishing off the hills of the Llyn Peninsular with their grand views. Despite only a little light rain at the start and walking without a rucksack I was optimistic that things would get better. By the first summit Liz had decided that she was heading back to the comforts of the van leaving me to trudge across the moor with increasing rain. The summit of my final hill looked rather grand with a fortification of knee breaking boulders, just what I needed in the wet conditions. The cloud managed to stay above the tops and the views where more suited to black and white photography than colour.
Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
